1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using PlannerDate, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement; a minor may use PlannerDate only with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.
2. Account responsibilities
Provide accurate registration information, keep it current, protect your password and verification codes, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity through your account except to the extent caused by PlannerDate. Notify PlannerDate through the contact form if you suspect unauthorized access. Account approval, status, and feature access may be administered to protect the service.
3. What PlannerDate provides
PlannerDate provides tools for personal planning, tasks, schedules, Life & Money records, payroll estimates and records, connected financial accounts and transactions, informational AI assistance, communications, and related features. AI features are read-only unless a later feature clearly presents and obtains confirmation for a separately authorized action. Some functions may be experimental, require configuration, have account or usage limits, or be unavailable. Plan or upgrade requests shown in the current application do not create an automatic charge unless a separate purchase process clearly says otherwise.
4. Permitted use
Use PlannerDate only for lawful personal or authorized purposes. You may not:
- access another person's account or connect an institution without permission;
- probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, rate limits, security, or service operation;
- upload malicious code, automate abusive traffic, scrape protected data, or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits;
- use PlannerDate to commit fraud, violate law, infringe rights, or submit content you lack the right to use; or
- misrepresent PlannerDate, resell access without permission, or use financial information obtained through the service for unlawful decisions about another person.
5. Financial, payroll, and AI information is informational
Verify important information with the relevant institution, employer, payroll statement, tax professional, or other qualified adviser before making a financial, employment, tax, or legal decision. AI responses may misunderstand a question or omit relevant facts. PlannerDate does not guarantee savings, returns, eligibility, accuracy of an institution's data, accuracy of AI output, or a particular outcome. PlannerDate AI does not move money, execute trades, apply for credit, or perform other financial-product transactions.
6. Third-party services, including Plaid and AI providers
Connected-finance, sign-in, and AI features may rely on third parties, including Plaid, Teller, financial institutions, an identity provider you select, OpenRouter, and selected model providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. When you connect an institution, you authorize PlannerDate and the selected provider to access and process the information needed for that connection. When you use an AI feature, PlannerDate may send your message, bounded context, and minimized tool results to the configured AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy. PlannerDate does not control third-party availability, decisions, or data accuracy.
You may disconnect an institution, but disconnection is distinct from deletion: previously imported history remains in PlannerDate unless you make a verified deletion request. See the data-deletion instructions.
7. Your content and PlannerDate intellectual property
You retain rights in information and content you submit. You give PlannerDate permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service and fulfill your requests. You represent that you have the right to provide it.
PlannerDate's software, design, branding, text, and other service materials are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable law. Subject to these terms, PlannerDate gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service.
8. Availability, plans, and changes
PlannerDate may add, modify, suspend, or remove features; impose reasonable limits; or perform maintenance. We aim to operate a useful service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. If paid functionality is introduced, price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented with the applicable purchase flow rather than invented in these terms.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using PlannerDate at any time and may request account deletion through the documented process. PlannerDate may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, unlawful or abusive conduct, material breach of these terms, risk to users or the service, or discontinuation of the service. Where appropriate, PlannerDate may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PlannerDate is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. These disclaimers do not exclude rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation concepts
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PlannerDate and its contributors will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from use of or inability to use the service or a third-party service. Any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded remains subject to applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so these concepts may not apply to you in full.
12. Changes, interpretation, and contact
PlannerDate may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version, and material changes may be communicated through the service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the PlannerDate contact form. These terms do not invent a company registration, physical address, regulatory license, or governing-law clause that PlannerDate has not established.
